The Antico Frantoio Dalla Fina

The Antico Frantoio Dalla Fina is surrounded by the luxuriant green hills of Valle d'Alpone, and has been producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil since 1923 following the ancient methods and totally natural procedures. The olives are hand picked and carried to the olive mill, where they are quicly crushed using the traditional stone wheels, to keep intact all their wonderful sensorial feautures.

This simple "cold" procedure, together with the expert processing of the different varieties of olives, gives an excellent and extremely genuine result, to offer the consumer different types of top quality oils, which are illustrated below.
